LUKAS Structure Gel Glass Beads is a milky-white acrylic gel containing structure-forming, transparent glass beads. When dry, it becomes transparent with a reflective, vesicular (bubble-like) texture. Particularly strong reflective effects can be achieved by mixing it with transparent acrylic colour or by applying a thin colour layer over the dried gel. It also provides an undulating, textured base suitable for both acrylic and oil paints.

Structure gels and pastes offer creative potential for building complex, tactile surfaces. Most can be mixed with or painted over using acrylics – except for metallic pastes, which are pre-coloured to deliver specific effects.
