LUKAS Patina, used with Van Dyck Brown Oil Colour, creates an antique finish on a variety of surfaces, including oil and acrylic paintings. Apply a small amount of both products to a lint-free cloth and gently rub onto the desired area. Then, use a clean cloth to lift the colour selectively – removing more from the centre than the edges – to produce the characteristic aged appearance.

Ideal for enhancing artworks and decorative objects, this technique can be used on surfaces such as wood, metal, and glass. The patina dries within 2–5 hours depending on the application thickness. It is advisable to test compatibility on a small area before full application.
