LUKAS Helios Restauration Medium is a classic cleaning agent designed for oil paintings. Due to its chemical nature, a pre-test is essential to check the re-solubility of colours before use. Apply with care and always follow up immediately with turpentine oil to remove any residue, as Helios tends to yellow over time.

For valuable or delicate artworks, professional cleaning is strongly recommended. To use, apply a small amount on a lint-free cloth and gently clean the surface in circular motions, stopping as soon as any colour transfers to the cloth.
