LUKAS Modelling Paste Universal is a versatile modelling paste that dries to a water-insoluble, opaque grey finish, which can be sanded, drilled, or carved. It creates substantial texture and three-dimensional forms on rigid supports. The paste can be used on its own, mixed with acrylic colours, or painted over once dry. It is also compatible with overpainting using acrylics, oils, or watercolours without affecting adhesion or paint properties.

Structure pastes and gels offer artists the chance to build complex textured surfaces. Most can be mixed with or painted over using acrylic paints, except metallic textured pastes which come pre-tinted for special effects.
