LUKAS Modeling Paste Extra Coarse is a water-insoluble, opaque white modelling paste containing extra coarse quartz sand, perfect for creating striking, coarse-grained, sand-like textures. It dries waterproof and can be coloured with artists’ acrylic paints or painted over once dry. For best results, clean tools with water immediately after use.

Structural pastes provide artists with the opportunity to develop complex textured backgrounds. Most can be mixed with or painted over acrylic paints, except metallic textured pastes, which come pre-coloured to deliver special effects.
