Its non-yellowing nature makes it particularly suited for mixing with white or pale colours, helping to preserve their brightness.

This oil produces a slightly delicate paint film, so it is best combined with other oils, such as linseed oil, when mixing your own oil paints. For dilution, turpentine or white spirit can be used.
